About Us

Sarah brings a wealth of experience to her Pilates classes, with a teaching career that spans over five years. Her Pilates journey commenced with an apprenticeship through the Club Pilates teacher training program, culminating in a comprehensive certification from Balanced Body. Sarah prides herself on her leadership skills - motivating, encouraging, and guiding clients of varying body types and fitness levels towards their personal goals. The joy she finds in witnessing the development and progress of her clients is the driving force behind her passion for Pilates teaching.

With a solid understanding of hypermobility and its associated challenges in exercise and daily life, Sarah is adept at addressing the needs of those contending with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome or hypermobility spectrum disorders. She advocates for the role of exercise in managing these conditions, attributing her ability to maintain minimal pain to regular physical activity. Sarah encourages individuals who are diagnosed with or suspect they may have a hypermobility disorder to explore the benefits Pilates can offer.

When she's not teaching, Sarah is an enthusiastic runner, dedicating herself to training for trail races and ultramarathons. She believes in the power of Pilates as an exceptional cross-training tool, enhancing the strength, flexibility, and endurance vital for runners.
